Read the message boards any day and half the time when a stock price is down, it’s the short sellers fault. I felt a long time ago and I feel today that shorts are smarter than longs. I know it’s a controversial statement but wrong on the short side is financial suicide. Wrong on the long side is Planet Zero Job for the worst case scenario.
When Chief Executive Officers of public companies talk to much about their stock price, one must question their commitment to the business. When they talk to much about the shorts and that’s the reason why the stock is down, it’s time to remove that stock from your portfolio.
