Does the following story partly explain why US casualties in Iraq have been dropping in the past few months?

Something very similar occurred during the Vietnam War in the early 1970s. There comes a point in most long wars where soldiers begin to question the legitimacy of what they’re doing and whether or not the sacrifice of themselves, and their friends, is worth it. It’s not about being a coward, it’s about realizing whether or not you have become mere ‘cannon fodder’.

They are much wiser than the Shrub that sent them over there. Even the diplomatic corp refuse to serve in such a place . I WISH ALL THE TROOPS WOULD LAY DOWN THIER WEAPONS AND “UN_VOLUNTEER” .

One other thing! With the GPS sattelite system we have, that I am able to distinguish My vehicle in my driveway, why can’t they be used to find Bib Laden? Perhaps that has never been the mission in the first place. If you want this atrocity of a war ( read GENOCIDE) to end before 2015, Elect JOE BIDEN or Mike Huckabee. The rest of the candidates skirt the questions and simply blame the Shrub and his administration for all the evils in Washington. The present Congress earn about 7% of the salary that you and I foolishly pay them. THEY are REPUGNANT!
