The co says this report contains innuendo and inaccurate information about the co and coincided with a decline in the trading price of the co’s common stock. The co believes Citron may have issued this report in an attempt to take advantage of the declining market: the principals of Citron Research almost always take positions (presumably “short”) in securities that it profiles.
