Okay, I hope you enjoyed the Fast & Effective Upper Body Workout…today’s post will take you through another simple routine that tones all the muscles of the lower body with just two basic movements. The only equipment you’ll need is a step (an actual step can work, but I prefer the Reebok Step because you can do so much more with it) and a band or some tubing with handles.
