If you’ve done the Level 1 and Level 2 upper body workouts and are ready for the next challenge check out these two power moves: dumbbell rows on a stability ball and alternating dumbbell chest press on a stability ball.
It’s a balanced routine which works all the major muscles of the upper body and challenges the core at the same time — in just a few minutes. Best of all, you only need two inexpensive pieces of exercise equipment for both.
