Final week of TT 2K4, and today was Workout A, modified with a little extra bench pressing.
1A) Bench Press - 265×1, 280×1
1B) DB Rear Delt - 17.5×3x10
2A) Incline Bench - 195×2x6
2B) DB Row - 115×6,120×5
3A) DB Floor Press - 90×2x6
3B) BB Curl - 105×2x5
