We’ve lost the secret of building
aeolian harps, of carving stone
to sing like flutes when the wind blows
and these wires are meant to carry
human voices only.
But after you hang up the phone
when no-one’s pressing buttons
and no ring-tone is being sent
stand under the wires and hear wind
playing harp.
