I have a new rotation that I slightly adapted from one of Cathe’s excellent rotations–her Intermediate Rotation from March ‘07. I’ve just switched out a few things to make it personally more fun for me. The full 4-week rotation is on my Current Rotations document (on the Fitness Fig Tools page) and week 1 is below.
Monday……………Low Impact Circuit (Cathe Friedrich)
Tuesday…………..Cardio Camp (Kimberly Spreen)
Wednesday………Pyramid Lower Body (Cathe)
Thursday…………4-Day Split: Lower Intensity Step cardio only premix (Cathe)
Friday……………..Pyramid Upper Body (Cathe)
Saturday………….35 min. walk/run + 5-min. stretch
Sunday……………Rest
In other news, I’m getting a handle on my eating again and being more careful, so I hope the combo of a more intense rotation plus cleaner eating will equal good results.
