I like to work out to excellent music, whether it’s with a walkman or jamming out loud in my bedroom with my Onkyo/Sony system. Music lifts you up and can take your workout to a higher level.
I was glad to hear XM Radio devoted a channel for Led Zeppelin music. Their whole collection, rare live bootlegs, interviews, and the solo stuff by Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones. For the hardcore Zep fan, this is great news.
