HYC Check-In and This Week’s Plan

Last week I felt really strong and pleased with my workouts. Actually, Friday ended up being a bust because I was so busy (including some unplanned tasks) but I made up for it on Saturday. Today I felt like my feet were made of lead as I did Cathe’s Step Blast, but I made it through the combos (and did not attempt the challenge). I hate it when it’s hard to even enjoy one of my favorite workouts.
So I hope the rest of the week goes better than today. I’d like to have another week like last week!
Monday…………..Step Blast (Cathe Friedrich)
Tuesday…………..The Kettlebell Way, Vol. 2 (Anthony Diluglio)
Wednesday………4-Day Split Kickbox cardio only premix (Cathe)
Thursday…………Rest (which won’t be too restful since I’ll be cooking for Thanksgiving all day)
Friday……………..Cardio & Weights (Cathe)
Saturday………….30 min. all brisk walk + Stretch Max segment 1 (Cathe)
Sunday……………Push Pull (Cathe)
My eating is still hit or miss despite all my good intentions. I think it mainly goes badly when I have a super-busy day (like today) and don’t take the time to plan and prepare healthier meals for myself. Hopefully tomorrow will go better!
