It’s never a bad idea to ask for a second opinion. Does this look infected? Are you sure it’s malignant? and Did I really make that much of an ass of myself at the bar last night? are all questions you should run by more than one person.
The events that take place during a snowboard competition may not require a second opinion as much as the previous questions do, but it’s still interesting to hear two different accounts of what went down. With that in mind, here are two separate accounts of the Quiksilver Showdown Over the City as told by Snowboard Canada’s Gerhard Gross and PUSH.ca’s Matt Houghton and Matt Forsythe.
