Given its convenient location between Vancouver and Whistler, Squamish has seen its share of pro snowboarders cruise through town.
So, when Mikey Rencz, Eero Niemela and Iikka Backstrom rolled in to town with Scott Serfas, Joel Muzzey and Transworld Snowboarding’s Joe Carlino, most of the locals probably didn’t even notice.
Well thank God for this Internet thing, because if Transworld hadn’t published this little photo gallery and feature, this could have turned in to “just another snowboard trip”.
