“What a day for a daydream.”-The Lovin’ Spoonful
Every day is the perfect day for a daydream for many reasons.
First, our daydreams provide brief moments of respite from the chaos that surrounds us.
Second, they allow us to reconnect with our deepest hopes, wishes and fantasies.
Third, our daydreams bring us joy, and we can never have enough joy in our lives.
Fourth, they facilitate the process of our joy radiating out to the universe, which attracts back more things for which to be joyful.
Fifth, daydreams are just plain old fun. And we never need a reason to have fun.
Finally, daydreams are what I call Exponential Visualizations. Unlike simple visualization, daydreams tack on the critical component of positive emotion to the picture. And when we attach positive emotion to our visualization, which occurs naturally in daydreams, the likelihood of manifesting our desires increases exponentially.
What more reason could you possibly need to take time for your daydreams today?
