Filmed a little video for you this morning on how to take transformation contest photos. Here are a couple of my “before” photos for this contest. Bally was not being very co-operative!

Later I had a great workout.

1) Power Clean - 3×5

2A) Bench Press - 3×8 with 205
2B) Front Squat - 2×6

3A) Pullup - 38 reps in 5 sets
3B) Leg Curl - 2×12
3C) DB Neutral Grip Press - 70×3x10
