November 9, 1970: Susan Tedeschi was born.

Susan is an outstanding rockin’ blues guitarist, singer and songwriter. She’s also married to another tremendous guitar player, Derek Trucks.

I’ve seen Susan perform with her band, with Derek on one of their Soul Stew Revival tours and as a guest with the Allman Brothers. Each time she freakin’ tore it up. If you haven’t seen her live, look for an opportunity to do so, because it’s really a treat.
