Before Ikari Warriors, there was this game, where you play a commando fighting behind enemy lines. The object is to reach the boss tank way at the other end of the enemy territory and blast it, revealing the enemy general inside who then surrenders. There are special tanks you can climb into, big and small, and similarly, there are big and small enemy tanks that can take either one or two shots to destroy. A very excellent early example of field combat.
