Thanksgiving Fat Loss Workouts

The workout after the Thanksgiving feast consisted of walking for me! I like to get in workouts the night before and the morning of Thanksgiving day. I enjoyed the full Thanksgiving meal and desserts with no guilt at all!
Here is my night before Thanksgiving workout:
1) Chest press, 4 sets/10 repetitions
2) Pullups, 4 sets/10 repetitions
3) Step Ups (knee high platform), 4 sets, 10 repetitions each leg
4) 20-minute interval cardio on treadmill
Here is my workout Thanksgiving morning:
1) 20-minute interval cardio on treadmill
2) Hanging leg raises, 3 sets/12 repetitions
3) Ab curl ups on swiss ball, 3 sets/25 repetitions
4) Back extensions with 35 lb. plate, 3 sets/15 repetitions
And then I went to Thanksgiving feast 2 hours later!
